SmartESA Innovation Center.
We partner with corporations, institutions, and governments to design tailored innovation programmes — combining creativity, technology, and collective intelligence to unlock new possibilities from within.
Open Innovation
Unleashing creativity at speed.
A tailored programme for each organisation — designed around discovering new opportunities, fostering creativity, integrating technology, and building collective intelligence. We don’t deliver workshops; we co-design transformation.
We help organisations embrace change as a competitive advantage — building cultures of creativity, experimentation, and continuous reinvention through structured facilitation.
Human-centred design sessions that bring together clients, teams, and stakeholders to co-design solutions. We facilitate; your organisation owns the outcome.
We apply startup management models — lean methodology, rapid prototyping, hypothesis-driven development — to transform how established organisations operate.
Creathons, hackathons, and innovation sprints that tap the collective intelligence of employees, citizens, and communities to generate actionable solutions.
Biomimicry-inspired innovation workshops — using nature’s models as a creative lens for designing sustainable, affordable, and elegant solutions.
As Lebanon’s officially recognised AI Incubator, we integrate AI and digital tools into innovation programmes — helping organisations discover, adopt, and build with emerging technology.
International Initiative
I2E — Iraq Innovation Ecosystem
SmartESA’s open-innovation methodology deployed internationally.
The I2E initiative brings SmartESA’s full innovation methodology to Iraq — helping organisations and aspiring entrepreneurs map where their industry is being disrupted, identify emerging opportunities, and build the capacity to act on them.
Through conferences, workshops, and Idea Spin-off sessions, I2E builds a living innovation culture in new markets — creating ecosystems, not just events.
→ Innovation mapping and trend discovery sessions
→ Idea Spin-off workshops with local entrepreneurs
→ Capacity-building for institutions and businesses
→ Connection to SmartESA’s international ecosystem
Flagship Initiative
Ed’Innov — School of the Future
In partnership with Lebanon’s Ministry of Education (MEHE), SmartESA is supporting 20 pilot schools in their transition to the school of the future — using a startup management model, community co-design, and a curriculum built around the skills that actually matter in the 21st century.
Three steps: First, adopt the startup management model. Second, focus on transversal skills — creativity, communication, global citizenship. Third, use technology to enhance pedagogy and valorise teachers as mentors.
This is not about screens. It’s about what happens in the mind behind the screen.
